Qualities:
All alloys primarily contain tin, lead & bismuth with additions of antimony, cadmium, copper, silver & zinc and are commonly used in thrust or journal type plain bearings. You would find tin alloys in high speed and load applications such as automotive and aero engines, marine transmission assemblies, heavy machinery such as crushers and power generation turbines.
