We offer a range of Refined Metals, Revert Alloys, Metals Powders and Alloys & Solders, operating from two facilities in the UK, one in Tankersley on the border between Sheffield and Barnsley and the other in the West Midlands. Following the relocation and expansion in Q1 2020, we are now offering a range of ‘toll’ services, some at both locations. Below are some of the processes on offer at this time, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
We operate several automatic and semi-automatic bandsaws for cutting a range of steels and non-ferrous metals. Our cutting capability is up to 800mm square.
We operate shot blasting equipment for a range of scrap products and castings. The equipment includes barrel blast for solids and flat products as well as a high output automated tumbler for gentler blasting of solid pieces.
A range of guillotines, both manual and CNC are available for cutting of flat metal products such as steel sheet/ plate, nickel and copper cathode. Our guillotines are able to cut accurately 1’’ squares upward, also strips and anodes to various sizes.
We have several drawdown plasma benches and plasma cutting up to 75mm thickness. Plasma is typically used for removal of contamination from non ferrous metals and removal of foreign attachments.
