At William Rowland, we are proud suppliers and distributors of Vale. This allows us to offer Vale type 123 and 255 nickel powders in a variety of sizes and morphologies. Vale is well-known in the industry for producing high-quality nickel products to a wide market.

Vale Nickel Powders are primarily used in auto parts, electrical contacts, binders for diamond tools, batteries, electro-magnetic shielding and more.

As distributors of Vale™, we offer their nickel powder types 123 and 255. Nickel carbonyl gas produces nickel powders in a variety of sizes and morphologies.

Nickel Boron (15% B)

Description

Description:

William Rowland, WR Refined Metals nickel boron (15% B) is mainly used as a high temperature brazing filler material. Boron added to boron improves wear resistance in special nickel steels.

Additive in manufacture of various steels and superalloys as a deoxidising agent and nitrogen scavenger.

Nickel Calcium (6% Ca)

Applications:
Additive in manufacture of various steels, as a deoxidizing and desulphurization agent.

Nickel Chrome (20% and 50% Cr)

Nickel Magnesium (5% and 15% Mg)

William Rowland, WR Refined Metals nickel magnesium (5% and 15% Mg) improves the tensile strength, ductility, and fatigue resistance of a range of metals.

5% and 15% Mg containing lumps. Also supply the 15% with or without cerium.

Additive in manufacture of various specialist steels as a deoxidizing and desulphurization agent.

Nickel Molybdenum (50% Mo)

Description

William Rowland, WR Refined Metals nickel molybdenum (50% Mo) is used for strengthening, precipitation hardening, deoxidation and desulphurization.

Qualities:
5% and 15% Mg containing lumps. Also supply the 15% with or without cerium.

Applications:
Additive in manufacture of various specialist steels as a deoxidizing and desulphurization agent.

Nickel Niobium (65% Nb)

William Rowland, WR Refined Metals nickel niobium (65% Nb) is used for strengthening, precipitation hardening, deoxidation and desulphurization.

Qualities:
58-65% Nb contained lumps.

Applications:
Additive in manufacture of superalloys as an anti-corrosive and anti-oxidant. 

Nickel Vanadium (60% V)

William Rowland, WR Refined Metals nickel vanadium (60% V) is used for strengthening, hardening, deoxidation and desulphurization.

Qualities:
60% V contained lumps.

Applications:
